The "OBOROTO" mobile application/website is operated by Sakash Digital Aiding Pvt Ltd. Throughout the mobile application/website, the terms "we", "us", "our" and "OBOROTO" refer to Sakash Digital Aiding Pvt Ltd.

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message and/or attachments you send us.

When you register for an Account, we may ask for contact information including your name, email address, phone number and other information necessary to provide our services.

Depending on the features you use, we may also collect information relating to your device, application usage, transaction activity, location, push notification token, crash information and other technical information.

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure and improve the OBOROTO services.

Log Files & Cookies

OBOROTO may use standard log files and similar technical information to understand application and website usage, troubleshoot technical problems, maintain security and improve our services.

Like many websites, OBOROTO may use cookies or similar technologies to remember preferences, improve functionality and understand website usage.

Third-Party Services and Analytics

OBOROTO uses certain third-party services and software development kits (SDKs) to operate, secure, analyze and improve the application. These providers may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

  • Firebase (Google): Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Cloud Messaging may be used to understand application usage, diagnose crashes, maintain application security and deliver push notifications. Firebase may collect information such as device identifiers, application interaction data, notification tokens and crash information.
  • Microsoft Clarity: Microsoft Clarity may be used to understand how users interact with the application through session recordings, heatmaps and interaction data to help us improve usability and application experience. Payment information and other highly sensitive personal information should not be intentionally captured through Clarity.
  • Razorpay: Razorpay may be used to securely process membership and other applicable payments. Payment card, UPI and other payment information may be processed directly by Razorpay. OBOROTO does not store complete payment card information on its servers unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • Notifee: Notifee may be used to manage local notifications within the application. Local notification information is processed on the device as required for notification functionality.

These third-party service providers may process information outside India in accordance with their applicable privacy policies, security practices and legal requirements.

OBOROTO does not control the privacy practices of third-party providers. Users are encouraged to review the applicable privacy policies of these providers for additional information.

Advertising

OBOROTO does not display third-party advertisements within the mobile application and does not collect the Advertising Identifier (AAID/IDFA) for ad targeting purposes.

OBOROTO does not sell or share device advertising identifiers with third parties for targeted advertising.

If our advertising practices change in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly and any required permissions or disclosures will be provided.

Third Party Privacy Policies

OBOROTO's Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services, websites, applications or payment providers that may be accessed or used through our Service.

Third-party providers may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Location Information

OBOROTO may request access to your device's precise or approximate location to provide location-based features, including showing nearby partner businesses, offers and location-relevant services.

Location access is optional. You may deny or disable location permission through your device settings and continue using the application, although certain nearby-business or location-based recommendations may be limited.

OBOROTO does not sell or share your location information with third parties for advertising or targeted advertising purposes.

Where location information is processed by a third-party service provider, such processing will be subject to the applicable provider's privacy policy and security practices.

Camera Information

OBOROTO may request access to your device camera to enable QR code scanning at participating partner outlets for voucher or membership redemption.

The camera may also be used when you voluntarily choose to capture or upload photographs, such as a profile picture or other content supported by the application.

Camera access is not used to continuously record you. Camera information is processed on the device for the applicable feature and is not recorded or transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly capture, select and submit an image or other content.

You may disable camera permission through your device settings. Disabling camera access may prevent QR scanning or photo-related functionality from working.

Push Notifications

With your permission, OBOROTO may send push notifications about new offers, membership updates, voucher status, account activity and other service-related information.

Push notifications may be delivered using Firebase Cloud Messaging and managed within the application using notification services such as Notifee.

You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings. Disabling notifications may prevent you from receiving certain timely updates from the application.

Storage, File, and Gallery Permissions

Our application may request access to device storage, files, media, or gallery permissions for the following purposes:

  • Uploading images or documents.
  • Attaching files within the application.
  • Downloading and saving invoice PDF files.
  • Viewing selected files chosen by the user.
  • Selecting photographs or other media that the user chooses to upload.

The app only accesses files or media that the user explicitly selects or downloads. We do not intentionally access personal photos, videos, documents or files in the background without user action or applicable permission.

PDF Invoice Downloads

The application may generate and download invoice PDF files to your device storage for personal or business use.

Downloaded files are stored locally on your device and remain under your control.

OBOROTO does not access downloaded invoice files from your device unless you explicitly select or upload them through the application.

Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your OBOROTO account and associated personal data at any time through the in-app Delete Account option available under Settings → Account → Delete Account.

If you are unable to access the in-app account deletion functionality, you may request account deletion by contacting us at team@oboroto.com.

We will process the deletion request and delete or anonymize associated personal information within 30 days, except where certain information must be retained to comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution requirements.

Deletion of your account may result in the loss of account-related information, unused coupons, membership benefits, rewards and other account-associated data, subject to applicable law and our applicable Terms and Refund Policy.

Once the applicable deletion process is completed, deleted information may not be recoverable.

Children's Information

Protecting children's privacy online is one of our priorities.

OBOROTO does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13, and use of the Service requires users to be at least 13 years old.

If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information promptly.

Parents or legal guardians who believe that their child has provided us with personal information should contact us immediately using the contact information provided below.

Data Security

OBOROTO takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, while we take reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Access to personal information is limited to authorized personnel, service providers and systems that require such information to operate and maintain the Service, subject to applicable requirements.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and enforce our agreements.

When personal information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize or securely dispose of it in accordance with applicable law and our internal retention practices.
