OBOROTO offers this mobile application/website, including all information, tools and services available from this mobile application/website to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Through our mobile application/website we sell discount coupons/membership with consent of our retailers, partners and marketers. We are not accountable for any goods or services provided by them.
By visiting our mobile application/website and/or purchasing coupons/membership from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the mobile application/website, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants and contributors of content.

Any new features or tools added to the current platform shall also be subject to these Terms. You understand that your content, not including payment information, may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, access to the Service, or any contact on the mobile application/website through which the service is provided, without express written permission from us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

We are not responsible if information made available on this mobile application/website is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this mobile application/website is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, complete or timely sources of information.

Products or Services
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the mobile application/website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of partners or advertisers products that appear on the platform. We cannot guarantee that your mobile phone or computer monitor display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit quantities of products or services that we offer. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
Any offer for any product or service made on this mobile application/website is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of products, services, information or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Billing and Account
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household or order, including orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same customer membership, or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address.
If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our platform.
Where applicable, payment information may be processed by authorized third-party payment providers. OBOROTO does not directly store complete payment card information unless expressly stated in our Privacy Policy.
Payment status may be verified through the applicable payment provider before a membership, coupon or other benefit is activated.
Account Registration and Deletion
To access certain features of OBOROTO, including membership purchases, coupons and QR-based redemption, you may be required to create an account using your mobile number and OTP verification.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities performed through your account.
You may request deletion of your OBOROTO account directly from within the mobile application through Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Account deletion may result in the permanent removal or anonymization of your account and associated personal information, subject to applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution requirements.
Where certain information is required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes, such information may be retained for the period required or permitted by applicable law.
Account deletion may also result in the loss or cancellation of unused coupons, membership benefits, rewards or other account-related benefits, subject to applicable law and the applicable refund policy.

Membership Renewal
OBOROTO memberships are offered for a fixed period as stated on the applicable membership plan.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, OBOROTO memberships do not automatically renew.
No automatic renewal charge will be made when a fixed-duration membership expires.
After expiry, users may purchase a new membership or another available membership plan if offered by OBOROTO.
The applicable membership price, validity period, benefits and restrictions will be displayed to the user before purchase.
iOS and App Store Purchases
OBOROTO may provide its services through the iOS mobile application.
Where a purchase is processed through Apple In-App Purchase, the transaction will be processed by Apple and will be subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms, payment policies and refund procedures.
Where a purchase is processed through an authorized third-party payment provider, the transaction will be subject to the applicable terms and policies of that payment provider.
The payment method available to you may vary depending on the product, service, platform and applicable payment rules.
OBOROTO may verify payment transactions before activating or providing the purchased membership, coupon or other benefit.
Payment Confirmation
A purchase will be considered successfully completed only after the applicable payment provider confirms the transaction.
OBOROTO may verify, validate, reverse, suspend or revoke benefits associated with transactions that are failed, cancelled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent or otherwise invalid.
Users must not attempt to manipulate payment confirmations, transaction status, receipts, QR codes or other payment-related information.
Memberships, coupons or other benefits may not be activated or may be revoked where a payment is determined to be unsuccessful, reversed, refunded or fraudulent.
Optional Tools
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control or input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the mobile application/website is entirely at your own risk and discretion. You should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by relevant third-party providers.
We may also offer new services and/or features through the mobile application/website in the future. Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms.

QR Codes and Digital Coupons
OBOROTO may provide digital coupons, membership benefits and QR codes for redemption at participating partner locations.
QR codes and digital coupons may be linked to a specific user account, membership or transaction and may be subject to applicable redemption limits.
A coupon or QR code that has already been redeemed, expired, cancelled or invalidated may not be used again.
Users must not copy, duplicate, modify, manipulate, sell or distribute QR codes or digital coupons for unauthorized use.
OBOROTO and participating partners reserve the right to verify the validity of a coupon, membership or QR code before redemption.
OBOROTO may reject or invalidate a coupon or QR code where fraud, duplication, technical manipulation, unauthorized use or other misuse is detected.
Membership and Coupon Abuse
Users must not misuse, manipulate or attempt to circumvent the rules applicable to OBOROTO memberships, coupons, QR codes, promotional offers or redemption systems.
- Creating multiple accounts to obtain unauthorized benefits.
- Duplicating, modifying or sharing QR codes or digital coupons for unauthorized use.
- Reusing coupons that have already been redeemed.
- Manipulating redemption records or transaction information.
- Using fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods.
- Attempting to bypass membership restrictions or usage limits.
- Providing false information to obtain membership or promotional benefits.
- Using automated tools or technical methods to interfere with the redemption or payment systems.
Where fraudulent, abusive or unauthorized activity is detected, OBOROTO may suspend or terminate the account and may invalidate affected coupons, memberships, rewards or other benefits to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Location Services
OBOROTO may request access to your device location to provide location-based features, including displaying nearby businesses, offers, participating partners and other relevant services.
Location access is requested only when required for applicable features and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You may allow or disable location access through your device settings. If location access is disabled, certain location-based features may not function properly.
Camera and QR Scanner
OBOROTO may request access to your device camera to enable QR code scanning and related functionality.
Camera access is used for the applicable QR scanning and redemption features and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You may disable camera access through your device settings. Disabling camera access may prevent QR scanning and related functionality from working.
Personal Information
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details about how information is collected, used, shared and protected.
Information collected through the OBOROTO mobile application, including account information, device information, location information, camera access and information processed by third-party services, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Errors and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our mobile application/website or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, transit times and availability.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related mobile application/website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related mobile application/website, including pricing information, except as required by law.
Prohibited Uses
In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the mobile application/website or its content:
- For any unlawful purpose.
- To solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts.
- To violate applicable laws and regulations.
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that results obtained from the service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered through the service are provided "as is" and "as available" for your use, except as expressly stated by us.
In no case shall OBOROTO, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for injury, loss, claim, or direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, revenue, savings, data or replacement costs, arising from your use of the service or any products procured using the service.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless OBOROTO and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of remaining provisions.
Termination
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services or by ceasing to use our mobile application/website.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms, including fraudulent activity, misuse of coupons, QR codes or membership benefits, we may suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services.
Where an account is suspended or terminated due to fraud, misuse, unlawful activity or violation of these Terms, OBOROTO may invalidate affected coupons, memberships, rewards or promotional benefits to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
Payment and Refund
There may be cases where OBOROTO is unable to accept your coupons, membership or subscription, or cancels the same due to reasons including technical errors or other reasons attributable to OBOROTO. In such cases, OBOROTO shall not charge a cancellation charge from you.
If the coupon, membership or subscription is cancelled after payment has been charged due to reasons attributable to OBOROTO, you may be eligible for a refund of the applicable amount, subject to the applicable refund policy.
All refunds processed directly by OBOROTO shall generally be processed using the applicable payment method or payment channel through which the original payment was received, subject to technical and legal requirements.
Where a purchase is processed through Apple In-App Purchase or another third-party payment provider, refunds may be subject to the applicable refund policies and procedures of that payment provider.
OBOROTO does not control or guarantee the outcome of refund requests processed directly by Apple or another third-party payment provider.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly provided under the applicable refund policy, purchases may be non-refundable once a membership, coupon or subscription has been successfully activated or used.
Users are requested to review the applicable membership, coupon, pricing, validity and refund terms before completing a purchase.
Coupon/Membership
Hospitality: Hotel, Restaurants, Bakery
- The coupons/membership is valid only at the property or store mentioned on the coupon/membership.
- The coupons/membership is not valid on 25 Dec, 31 Dec, 01 Jan and 14 Feb unless specifically stated otherwise.
- Gift certificates cannot be clubbed with any other coupon and have to be redeemed per day per table.
- Discount coupons cannot be combined with any other discount coupon or advertised special.
- All plans are valid for dining only and based on a la carte, unless otherwise specified.
- The membership validity period will be clearly displayed on the applicable membership plan before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, the membership is valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
- Menu item purchase is necessary for validity and utilization of each coupon offer.
- All discounts are based on published menu rates.
- Destination, location, hotel, resort, restaurant, bakery, prices and menu items are subject to change without notice.
- The membership is transferable but non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the applicable refund policy.
- No verbal commitment is accepted.
- The coupon cannot be accepted through any social application and is not applicable on home delivery services.
Fashion: Garment, Footwear, Furnishing and Fashion Eye Wear
- The membership coupon is valid only at the property mentioned on the coupon/membership.
- The membership coupon is not valid on 25 Dec, 31 Dec, 01 Jan and 14 Feb unless specifically stated otherwise.
- Gift certificates cannot be clubbed with any other coupon and have to be redeemed per day per counter.
- Discount coupons cannot be combined with any other discount coupon or advertised special.
- The membership validity period will be clearly displayed on the applicable membership plan before purchase.
- Product purchase is necessary for validity and utilization of each coupon offer.

- Gift certificates cannot be clubbed with any other coupon and have to be redeemed per day per table.
- Discount coupons cannot be combined with any other discount coupon or advertised special.
- Offers cannot be clubbed with bridal packages unless specifically mentioned on the coupon/membership.
- The membership validity period will be clearly displayed on the applicable membership plan before purchase, and coupon validity will be as stated on the applicable coupon.
- Service purchase is necessary for validity and utilization of each coupon offer.
- All discounts are based on published menu rates.
- Destination, location, prices and menu services are subject to change without notice.
- The membership is transferable but non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the applicable refund policy.
- No verbal commitment is accepted.
- The coupon cannot be accepted through any social application and is not applicable on home services.
- It is advisable to book an appointment before visiting the centre to avoid disappointment.
- The centre holds appointments for 15 minutes after the booked time. In case of no-show within 15 minutes, the appointment shall be treated as cancelled.
Entertainment: Amusement Park, Movie Theatre, Game Zones
- The coupons/membership is valid only at the property mentioned on the coupon/membership.
- The coupons/membership is not valid on 25 Dec, 31 Dec, 01 Jan and 14 Feb unless specifically stated otherwise.
- Gift certificates cannot be clubbed with any other coupon and have to be redeemed per day per table/chair.
- Discount coupons cannot be combined with any other discount coupon or advertised special.
- The membership validity period will be clearly displayed on the applicable membership plan before purchase.
- Service purchase is necessary for validity and utilization of each coupon offer.

- Destination, location and prices are subject to change without notice.
- The membership is transferable but non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the applicable refund policy.
- No verbal commitment is accepted.
- The coupon cannot be accepted through any social application and is not applicable on home delivery services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of the OBOROTO Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the applicable courts having jurisdiction in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, features, legal requirements or business practices.
Material changes may be communicated through the mobile application, website, email or other appropriate means.
The updated Terms will become effective on the date specified in the updated Terms.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Partner Platform Use
Product and Services Offer
As a retailer/advertiser, you shall list product and service offers on the Platform in accordance with the policies incorporated by reference in the Terms of Use. You must be legally able to offer the listed products or services and must have all necessary licences and permits required for such offering.
You must ensure that listed items do not infringe upon intellectual property, trade secrets or other proprietary rights, publicity rights or privacy rights of third parties. Listings may include text descriptions, graphics, pictures or videos that describe your item for offer. All items must be listed in an appropriate category and kept in stock for successful fulfilment of services.
The listing description must not be misleading and must describe the actual condition of the product or service offer. OBOROTO reserves the right to delete such listings at its sole discretion.
Partner/Advertiser Declaration
You have carefully read the required mobile application/website fields on the OBOROTO Platform and have provided accurate information to the best of your knowledge. Any misrepresentation or omission of facts may justify refusal of payment, if any, or termination of your contract with OBOROTO.
You agree to provide OBOROTO and persons or entities affiliated to OBOROTO any information in your or your agent possession in considering you as a retailer/advertiser for its Platform.
You acknowledge that statements, information or documents provided by you do not create an expressed or implied contract with OBOROTO. You declare that information or documents provided by you are true and correct to the best of your knowledge.
You understand and agree that OBOROTO may institute and conduct a background check to verify information furnished by you, which may require disclosure to third parties. You authorize OBOROTO to carry out such background verification and agree to provide any information required in this regard.
You acknowledge and agree that providing false information may result in OBOROTO delisting you from the Platform and taking appropriate action. OBOROTO has the right to seek legal remedies, including indemnification and damages, for any loss caused due to false information provided by you.
