Option 1: Email Request
Send an email to team@oboroto.com with the subject “OBOROTO — Data Deletion Request.”
Include your registered name, registered email address or mobile number, business name if applicable, the connected service involved (for example, Meta or WhatsApp), and a brief description of the account or data you want deleted. Do not send passwords, payment PINs, OTPs or access tokens. We may request reasonable verification to confirm the request is authorized.
Option 2: Disconnect a Third-Party Integration
If you connected Meta, WhatsApp, Google or another service, use the provider's settings to revoke permissions or disconnect the integration where available. Mention the connection in your deletion request so we can identify relevant information under OBOROTO's control.
What Happens Next?
We will review and process the request within the applicable legal timeframe. Personal information no longer required will be deleted or anonymized as appropriate. Some accounting, billing, security, fraud-prevention or dispute records may be retained where required or permitted by law, limited to the relevant purpose.
Deleting information from OBOROTO does not automatically delete information held independently by Meta, WhatsApp, Google, payment processors or other providers. A separate request to those providers may be necessary.
